You need to provide a lot more info than this, and PLZZZ and GRRR don't help.

It doesn't look like you're actually displaying a thumbnail of the image, but rather you seem to be simply pointing to the node that contains the embed code.

I also have this problem. Thumbnails from youtube work fine. But google videos do not give a thumbnail, but instead just the text "See video"

On the demo site thumbnails from google work fine. On my site they do not. Strange.

On my site it does NOT work with google videos, it works fine with youtube videos. See example here:

Interestingly I posted the interview with E. O. Wilson on both my own site and http://drupalhub.org/

On http://drupalhub.org/ the thumbnail works. On my own site http://forsker.net it does not. Weird.

Please make sure that you have the latest version of emfield installed. I just checked this on 3 different sites, and in 3 different browsers, and it is working fine.
