Finally fed up with Godaddy, I am moving all of my websites, all of them Drupal, to another provider (InMotion). The first few have gone quite well, as you can see: http://oregon-website.com, http://allenandlaporte.com, and http://hailwestalbany.info are working as they should, so I do know what I am doing. However, http://crmd.us is working functionally, but there is something wrong with the theme. When I go into the "Themes" page, it doesn't matter what theme I select nothing takes effect. Any ideas?

A migration is unlikely to
A migration to a new server is unlikely to work (as I have pointed out in dozens of threads) unless you follow the documentation on handling a migration correctly. Documentation can be found via the Documentation menu item at the top of this site. If you have failed to follow the documentation (as many people do) clearing all caches may rescue the situation.
If you have still problems after following the documentation carefully, please post again with more details of the steps you have taken.

I fixed it myself
Tried to look up the documentation you mention but it was not easy to find - As I mentioned I have migrated many Drupal websites to new servers - This one I fixed by installing the upgrade to the newest version 7.18 - After untarring the files over the existing installation it was fixed!
