We are looking for a designer to assist us with theming our site. (It is already created.) No companies please, only individuals. This is a consultant-like job. We will pay you by the hour.

The site you would be working on is a clinical research study run by the University of Michigan.
Ideally this person would be in Michigan or the Midwest, have 4-5 years css and html experience, and have designed Drupal sites using Drupal theming elements.
