What are some good modules/recipes for acquiring feedback from your users?

We know how important feedback is in product development. What are some modules, recipes or services which streamline the feedback process?

use webform.module for a feedback form that is emailed where you need the feedback to go;
create a feedback content type which users can fill out and submit;

use something like: http://drupal.org/project/feedback_simple
