'All Day' events convert time zones and do not show up as all day events in a different time zone.

So, an all day event for 1/7/2013 set up by someone who is PST, shows up as an event spanning 0 minutes on 1/7/2013 from 3 am to 3 am, for somebody who views that same event in EST.

The 'all day' flag is lost as well.

How can I approach this situation?

I'd search the issue queue of the module in question for similar reports. if none, I'd file one.
