Hello can anyone explain the reason for this error when I try to download results for a form?

as you aren't writing a module, questions of this nature are better served in the post installation forum. Please edit the opening thread and move it. Thanks.

After moving, my suggestion is to search the issue queue of the module in question. If no thread already exists file a new issue. Though the module is a D7 -dev release and hasn't had any activity from maintainers in 48 weeks at the time of this comment.
