Format of special CH phone numbers is wrong

In Switzerland (as in other countries) there exist special phone numbers beginning with the following digits:
- 0800
- 084x
- 0900
- 0901
- 0906

These numbers should be formatted like this:
0800 800 800

Currently they are formatted like a normal phone number:
080 080 08 00

The attached patch fixes this issue.
