Issue Summary
I am using the attachment and filemanager modules and intermittently, I get the "file not found" error when trying to open an attachment. I saw some discussion about problems downloading attachments on IE6 and it appears the upload module was patched. Does the attachment module need to be patched? Is there a patch already available for it?

Feel free to post a patch. I don't have access to IE6 to verify the problem, fix it, nor test the fix.
Also, a link to the original discussion about the issue in the upload module would be handy.

The issue I found related to the upload module is:

In that thread there was discussion related to the cache header not being correct. It looks like this was fixed quite a while ago in the upload module. Does the same code exist in the attachment module? I would be glad to try out a fix or attempt to fix the issue given some guidance on where to look.
