Same concern here.

That malware designation has been around for a while now.

Fusion has not been updated for 41 weeks: http://drupal.org/project/fusion Acquia Marina has not been updated for 34 weeks.

Both of those seem to be around the time that the parent company of Fusion stopped updating their site. They still have a Spring sale going on.

I'm experiencing the same. I also noticed that their site was completely unreachable for a week or more during December (may have been November). I tried calling the company a couple of days ago and was only able to leave a message. No response to my questions about why their site was apparently having so many problems.

I guess there are lots of sites based on this theme, not to mention fusion.
I don't know what to do.. I guess I'll install this theme after all, fingers crossed no harm will be done :)

The fusion theme will be maintained going forward. We are working with the original team to work out some of the transitional things. I know the answer isn't satisfying but hang tight for a short time and look for updates in the near future.
