Sub level Menu Local Task?

Is it possible to have a menu_local_task WITHIN a menu_local_task?

At the moment I have

Settings -  Settings page 1 (default_local_task)
            Seetings page 2
            Seetings page 3
            Seetings page 4
            Seetings page 5

with all those menu items as a menu_local_task

and I want

Settings -  Settings page 1 (default_local_task)
            Seetings page 2
            Seetings page 3 -   settings sub page 1 (default_local_task)
                                settings sub page 2
                                settings sub page 3
                                settings sub page 4
            Seetings page 4
            Seetings page 5

is this even possible?
