Reseller hosting alternative to arvixe.com

After both my drupal sites hosted on arvixe.com being down for more than 24 hours my clients are very upset and I am looking for a good option for an alternative reseller hosting providor.

The funny thing is that even on a fresh install I had made as a test I am getting the same sql errors- Is this problem happening on all arvixe.com websites?
You can take a look at the fresh install I made at http://chair.mysitehosted.com/~icais/ to see the errors I get.

I'll be glad to hear if someone else is using the combination of Drupal & arvixe and is the website working for you right now?

The arvixe.com support team has promised they are working on the issue, but are not as responsive as I would hope to say the least.

I have also tried emailing qa@arvixe.com but no reply (that was already 12 hours ago).

Can anyone recommend a good reliable hosting for reseller accounts, with decent and responsive support team?

Yes the sites are fine now, but my clients are insisting I change the hosting company, they don't even care to pay triple the price just to make sure they have a quicker service in case of a problem...

BTW the problem was related to arvixe changing the php version used on the server (I've seen one other user in drupal.org forums complaining about a similar issue.)
