A selection of recent Drupal sites
Here’s a few more recently-launched Drupal sites developed by Palantir.net over the last few months:
The College at Washington University
http://college.artsci.wustl.edu/
The site for the undergraduate College at Washington University in St. Louis is part of a multisite install that now also includes the Arts & Sciences site developed by Palantir in 2006 and converted to Drupal 5 earlier this year. The site uses a custom theme developed by Palantir from design concepts by Petrick Design. Each of the internal pages on the site features a student testimonial that is set to randomly display from a pool of custom nodes, and different photos are displayed on the home page each time a visitor refreshes their browser or starts a new session.
SGDP
SGDP is one of Chicago’s premier design and marketing communications firms, specializing in brand strategy and positioning. A long-time Palantir creative partner, SGDP was interested in creating new connections with its customers with a new Web site that incorporated a more comprehensive portfolio section, frequently updated news items, and a company blog. Palantir built the site in Drupal 5 using a custom theme that we developed from design concepts provided by the client. Content on the site’s “News”, “Work” and “Blog” sections are all displayed as custom node views.
Ragdale
Ragdale is an artists' retreat located situated 30 miles north of Chicago in Lake Forest, Illinois that hosts over 200 emerging and established artists each year. The site was built in Drupal 5 with a custom theme designed and developed by Palantir. Taxonomy and Views are used to allow site administrators to set custom photos on each page, and the sitemap is automatically generated using the Palantir-developed MenuTree module.
Sisters of the Sorrowful Mother
http://www.ave-mater-dolorosa.org/
The Sisters of the Sorrowful Mother is a Franciscan order that serves the poor and underprivileged in 75 localities throughout North and South America, Europe and Africa. This Drupal 5 site uses the Internationalization module to provide content in four different languages: English, German, Italian and Portuguese. The site uses a custom theme designed and developed by Palantir.
