Need a price for a relatively small Portfolio assigning fields job.

Hi,
Id be willing to pay a few $$$ paypal, but not sure how much the charge would be.

On my site, I am unable to arrange/assign specific pictures to specific Portfolios.

ie The Main Gallery tab=Portfolio which has a mixture of both portfolio 1&2
Portfolio_1_col Main Cakes 7/8 pictures.
Portfolio_2_cols Cup Cakes 7/8 pictures.
Portfolio_3_cols Displays 2 or 3 pictures.

As you will see, the pictures/layout is almost complete but i just don't know how to assign certain pictures to certain Portfolios using fields or taxonomy etc.
I can upload all the pictures into separate folders ready to be used if required.
Id doubt there is even an hours work here for someone who knows what they're doing..

the people whom designed my theme have tried to do something and kicked my site out but i expect it to be back
