In a patch I posted on http://drupal.org/node/188246, the file misc/watchdog-ok.png was renamed to to miscwatchdog-notice.png in order to better reflect the watchdog status.

Could the filename be changed?

Also, a co-worker is working on a set of icons for the missing images. How do I contribute these back?

Looks like the final patch did not include that change.
I am going to assume you found out how to contribute the images but feel free to reopen this issue if that is wrong.

For those coming across this issue: I suppose the easiest way would be to add them to an issue and then mark it patch (code need review)
