When you install jQuery Update and select any version higher than 1.5, certain elements in the Panels UI become unresponsive. In my case, I was unable to select or edit the Override Title text box. There may be other UI bugs as well, but I haven't investigated further. At the very least, this should be noted in the README or Known Bugs document.

I've done some testing of these old bugs with jQuery 1.10 and everything seems to be working now!
