There is an initiative to more examples to core: #1532612: Move Examples Project into Drupal core

Now that views is inside core, this project code should live in core. Some submodules on examples project has started to be ported. meta issue with all details on #1880976: [meta] Port examples (including submodules) to D9.4+.

The plan is to add the code to #1883760: New examples for views on D8, joining it with views_plugin_examples.

I'm happy if any Views Examples code is moved to Examples (or otherwise). I haven't had any time to do anything here... it would have more visibility over there so maybe others would contribute. Cheers!
