I can't read Hebrew, so I have no idea what this site is about, and I can't tell if it is a charity (.org.il) or a pyramid scheme (cashflow club?)
However, two things stand out:
1. This is an example of a Right To Left language (RTL) site that is monolingual. The trick here was to use <body dir="rtl"> in the HTML of the theme. This could have been done in the style.css file for the body tag. I have discussed how RTL languages (Arabic, Hebrew, Amharic, Pashtu, Farsi, Urdu, ...etc.) can use Drupal in a previous article Some ideas for Arabic translation of Drupal.
2. This is a nice clean theme with light colors that does not hurt the eyes. It seems to borrow from the likes of bluebeach, spreadfox, friendselectric et al the tabbed primary/secondary links. I see that this is perhaps based on SpreadFireFox specifically, it has the distinctive box layout for some modules.
Nice to see that my feedback module is fully translatable too.
Any chance of contributing the theme. I can help with the php part of it by turning it into English?

Regarding a hebrew translation of Drupal, I've heard that levavie is working on this at the moment. So if you want to help out, I suggest that you talk to him.
