Faceted search with search_api_db

Hi.
I used search_api_facetapi & search_api_ranges to create slider facet block (index is created for ubercart sell_price). All work fine but if i set range that excludes all items - facet block is empty. Facet must be visible all of time. How can i do this? Thanks
