Putting the MCAPI library in the libraries root folder causes problems and looks cluttered. Patch attached.

Hm, it seems there's a deeper problem with the libraries integration. With or without my patch, the MCAPI.class.php file is not being included.

My fix appears to be wrong anyway, and this issue is a dupe of: #1883984: Fix for "Can't get module to recognize library"
