This light module is wonderful, but I am unable to get this field data in Views where I am using the Search API database. This field is also not listed in the Search API settings page to select/deselect it to be indexed.

I am not a programmer, but there is a page at http://ygerasimov.com/add-custom-field-search-api-apachesolr-index which shows how to get a custom field into the Search API. Is this something that can/should be in this module, or should I be doing this elsewhere? I'm just confused on this.
