I have exactly one vocabulary with a few terms in it that I have as a block. When clicking the Categories menu the taxonomy_dhtml_get_vocabularies returns zero vocabularies. It returns zero vocabularies because vocabularies within variable taxonomy_dhtml_overview_vocab are removed from the list of vocabularies.

Is this expected?
