Can't disable "Show theme option on term/vocab/content-types pages"

Issue Summary

When I un-check "Show theme option on term/vocab/content-types" on the "Global" tab of the admin. page for Taxonomy Theme and click "Save Configuration," it is checked again when the page refreshes. I can't disable this option. I'm using Taxonomy Theme 5.x-1.1 on Drupal 5.2 with PostgreSQL 8.0.3.

Taxonomy Theme 5.x is unmaintained. As you can see at the project description page we're looking for a co-maintainer espacially for th 5.x version.

Taxonomy Theme 5.x is unmaintained. Due to the fact that Drupal 5 itself is not maintained anymore, we close this issue to get the issue queue clean for Taxonomy Theme 6.x and 7.x.
