As the title described, would it be possible for "Left/right blocks Title Background" to be stretchable depending on "the Sidebar Width" ?
Well, I confirmed it could be shortened when "the Sidebar Width" is made less than deault (200px), but in the contrary case, it cannot extend.

All you need to do that is a wider image for the block headers, or just use a color for the background. The default images I provided are 210px wide.
