I downloaded OpenPublish (openpublish-7.x.1.0-beta7-core.zip), unzipped it and transferred the whole content to the server. I created a database with the admin user and open the site on the browser. Immediately it opens up a welcome page with a login panel. If I click on “create a user” I get “internal error”; if I click on “create an account” or “forgot password” I get “500 Internal Server Error (Internal Server Error: The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
