How to use this when theming views?

First of all: big cheers for this great module.

Although, I wish to know how you can implent this when theming the views output. If now paging is set to infinite scroll in the views interface, it gets an error saying that autopager is not installed. I suppose a bit of code is needed to be put manually in the theming file, but it seems I can't find how. Anyone who can give me a quick workaround?
