"Add Another Item" on create content forms not working? [#1885626]

Just curious if anyone else had encountered a problem with the ajax of the "add another item" button. It looks like everything fires correctly, but additional table rows do not appear.

We're having the same problem. I'll let you know if we make any headway on it. For us it works for a while, then stops. No apparent errors, except for some colorbox errors that I think were there previously and probably unrelated.
