Database-Creation Error

Hi Guys,
following Error:

user warning: Table 'db10589263-ffb.elfinder_profile' doesn't exist query: SELECT pid, name, description, settings FROM elfinder_profile ORDER BY pid in /is/htdocs/wp10589263_KTFD4954NZ/www/sites/all/modules/elfinder/elfinder.module on line 1168.

So looks Like Module-installation didnt create the Databaseentries, right?

Used following files:
Modul - 6.x-2.x-dev (2012-Dec-24)
Lib - elfinder-lib-2.x-20130111_130001.tar.gz

So anything i forgot?
- www.xxxxxxxxxx.de/elfinder is reachable, but mentioned Errormessage is Displayed
- creating Profiles under admin/settings/elfinder is not possible (okay, no database no storage)
- Fileupload is not possible
- "Files" entry in admin/content/ is missing

Any possible Solution beside creating the table by Hand?
