htmlspecialchars() expects parameter 1 to be string [#188642]

Upon create content type that is SignIt enabled the following error returns in Drupal 5.3

warning: htmlspecialchars() expects parameter 1 to be string, array given in /home/jerimeec/public_html/includes/bootstrap.inc on line 631.

Got the same error...also the targets input field does not show...
