Disable draggable table for a custum field (create/edit node)?

Hello,

It is possible to disable draggable table for a custom field when creating or editing node ?

For example, a field type 'text' (widget 'Text Field'). There isn't options in UI and in hook_form_alter there isn't data about draggable option...

How draggable tables are created ? (for number values = unlimited)
