mp4 not converting

Hi Travis,

I upgraded to 5.x-2.4 and mp4 is not converting to flv. Other types, mpg and 3gp, are working. Here's a list of mime types:

flv-application/octet-stream
application/octet-stream
application/x-flash-video
video/quicktime
video/mp4
video/avi
video/3gpp
video/x-ms-wmv

I even tried a fresh install of flashvideo but it didnt convert mp4's. Also, I noticed a message on the modules install page to place flashvideo_playlist.php in drupal dir. Let me know if you have any ideas.
