An error occurred at /panels/ajax/editor/select-content/panels_mini%3A%3A%3Aadd/top
Error Description:

So, I am getting above error when adding content in panel and then i click on OK button it shows loading screen continuously and nothing happen. so please help me.

researching the error indicates that it could be a theme issue. Which theme is in use, and if not a core theme, switch to core theme and test. Does the issue continue to occur?

clearing browser cache and database cache is worth a test.

also of note, check your javascript console for any errors being output beyond what is already posted.

I did everything you told like switch theme to core and clear browser cache and also tried different browsers but same error occurred.
there's no javascript error

does it occur in more than any browser?

I'd test a panels ctools on a clean test install. if the issue can be reproduced file a bug report.

yes it occur in mozilla and chrome but in local wamp server it runs perfectly but on web server it's getting error
