Open publish FRAME theme does not render properly on Internet Explorer

Greetings guys

I have recently developed two websites using open publish. I created a custom theme based on the FRAME theme and everything is ok. The site is responsive and renders properly, but when seen on IE id does not display properly. It displays just the movile version (even while browsing through a normal desktop environment). On chrome / firefox / safari its a charm.
