I use "Localization community for local packages" ("Localization community for drupal.org" have the blunder {see http://drupal.org/node/188314} ).
I have 20(30) projects in "Local packages directory"
I add the new project.
I (or cron) should press 20(30...1000) times a key "Scan"??? It is sports? What for to touch old?

I think that the new project should: scan{in "Local packages directory"}-> add(only new project) to table-> delete(file projelt).
