I looked up the solutions on drupal.org and tried to apply the solutions for menu minipanel's js to display qtip-hover when the megamenu with minipanel is activated or open, and then remove qtip-hover when megamenu closes. I need to find some solutions for menu mini panels version 6.x-1.4+0-dev
