The setting page link /admin/settings/compact_forms is not available at the administration by module page /admin/by-module

In case of menu problems, go to /admin/build/menu which forces to menu to be rebuild.
Then back to /admin/settings/compact_forms and it should work. If it does, add a follow up comment and set this issue to fixed.

By going to /admin/settings/compact_forms i will have no problem, but just that on the module page /admin/by-module, you will only see configure permission link, but by right the compact form setting page (/admin/settings/compact_forms) link should be there as well.

in short, i would say that, missing compact form setting page link in module page /admin/by-module
