Image and Image body inline

Hi,
Sorry if the question has already been asked else where. I've a gallery and I can upload images in bulk. Each image has few lines of relative content, that's the image body. But my images and image body are not inline. The problem is that the editors have a tough time because most often there are 20 - 30 images in the gallery and sometime even more. So to have the image and caption maintained in a sequence becomes a problem. The feature is added by someone else who says that we can't have the images and image body inline with each other. Any tip for this feature to be enabled.
