It seems when multiple values are entered, only the first one gets formatted.

I believe I've found the problem and have created a patch. Understand, though, that I'm only an amateur PHP programmer and this is the first time I've created a patch for anything, so it's probably a good idea that someone else look over this before anyone uses it.
