- post about new products or promotions

- view and manage inventory
- When consumers go to a store's page, they should see:
- the store's info (name, address, map etc.)
- a recent history of updates
- the store's inventory
- store reviews from other consumers (they should be able to post reviews)
- When consumers search for a product, they should see a table of search results complete with price, stores and distance
- Stores can NOT view consumer profiles
- Consumers can NOT communicate with each other except for recommending products or stores
- Consumers may search for a product, store or other consumers from any page through a searchbar (with filters).

I'd need to explore many more details and spend several hours working up a budget chart. I'm generally unwilling to do that unless paid for the time, or I'm sure I have a qualified lead likely to generate business.
Looking over what you have, it looks like work that could range from $3K to over $10K USD. It really depends on the details, how much you put into it, how many details there are, how flexible you are in dealing with issues that cause hangs, & etc...
In the future, please use the rubric "I'm looking to hire someone to do X," not "how much would it cost to do X." :)
