Issue Summary
On a fresh install of Drupal 7.18, with admin_menu 7.x-3.0-rc3, enabling the admin_menu_toolbar module causes horizontal scrolling.

In the above screenshot you can see about 20px of extra space past the blue header. The problem in appears Firefox, Chrome, Safari, and IE9 (all the browsers I had readily available).

Here's a patch that seems to work for me.

Fixed in dev, marking as duplicate of #1683132: Extra 20px padding causes horizontal scrolling
