Having problems getting 'Comment Registration' module to work

Hi, I've just installed 'Comment Registration' but can't get it to work?

I have done everything correctly as suggested on the module page:

I have uploaded the right module and enabled it.

I have set 'new user accounts' can be set by visitors (not just by administers)

I have set 'Comment Settings' to 'Anonymous posters must enter their content information.'

I have tried to register a new person via the comment registration form but no name shows up under people

No email message gets sent, and then I tried to bypass email verification and still nothing worked.

The only thing I can think of is 'Mollom' Could the mollom module stop it working?
