We're currently behind on our bundled version. Here's a patch that redownloads the existing config with the 4.0.1 version, replacing our 4.0.

Committed to 8.x-1.x and cherry-picked the same commit back to 7.x-1.x.

Looks like I missed two new files that were added in 4.0.1, and forgot to remove the samples directory. Added another commit to fix these two issues: http://drupalcode.org/project/wysiwyg_ckeditor.git/commit/5e17fbfbe1167d...
