I have a Drupal site set up on Fasthosts UK and after installing BOOST, everything seems fine and every page is cached including the the home page which is cached as _.html.

HOWEVER, when I try a subsequent access to the home page (via the _.html cached file), I get an Internal Server error.

Access all other pages on the Fasthosts site work perfectly via the BOOST cache.

Now, running locally, all is well and I CAN access the cached home page over and over.

Can anyone offer any words of wisdom here?
