As the title says my formated strings are:

warmth added BLA andBLA -> so a space after the "and" is missing. I added it by myself to the template but I guess it should be fixed in the coding too.

Hello,
This bug was fixed between 1.0 and 1.1 versions, but no upgrade path was provided.
This patch fixes a few remaining instances, a wrong space, and will fix that for all users that have templates in database using ',' and/or 'and' as merge separators.

This patch is part of the #1day1patch initiative.
