If I reply on a comment there is a "reply to #.." link in the header. This is not the sames as the sort "#.." as you can see in the screenshot. Do you know how to fix that?

Reply to #19 means that comment is a reply to comment #19, while #3 means that is the comment #3. This could be possible, if the most recent comments are shown on the top and comments are numbered from the top.
