Updates to Origins not included in Commons nightly dev snapshot

Issue Summary

Currently the Commons make file pulls Origins from git, where updates are not detected by the nightly Drupal.org distro packager. Let's use the nightly dev snapshot of Origins so that updates to the theme cause a new nightly dev snapshot of Commons to be packaged.

The last commit to Origins was Jan 14: http://drupalcode.org/project/commons_origins.git/commit/74bb6b2

The Commons nightly dev snapshot is from Jan 9, so the problem still exists per the issue title.

We switched to nightly snapshots of Origins months ago.
