Hosting your own site is serious business and requires know how and technical expertise that is specific to web server set up and maintenance. While we Drupalers are geniuses of the highest order, you might be better served asking this question in a forum more specific to server configuration.

Hosting on a server with Plesk managment software.

I had originally installed Drupal here:

http://www.NewDomain.com/drupal/

The solution was to uninstall, then reinstall here:

http://www.NewDomain.com/

Problem solved.
