I would like to have the ability for users to "subscribe" to the site via Paypal and automatically have their Role changed once paypal has been processed. I have seen the Paypal Subscription module (http://drupal.org/project/paypal_subscription) but it looks like it is only available up to 4.6. Is there a version of it or something similar to works with 5.0?

I did some searching and found LM PayPal, I haven't tried it and I don't know if it will work correctly, but it seems like your best bet at the moment.
