On 7.x-1.10 when selecting block name for item, the Block name is not saved/ignored - it shows block with default title, even from blocks configuration cannot change its name, shows "Cloud of tags" anyway.

hmm, it is kind of strange, after playing with config for a while, everything is correct now - maybe some kind of caching problem

Yep, one more time can confirm that.
Name of the block in setting page is ignored, shows "Cloud of tags" in any case, although can change that in block edit page
