nav bar and secondary links

Hi,
thanks for the very nice theme. I've a couple of questions:
- I'd like to remove the sidebar for anon users and display the content using the entire width. If I remove
all blocks in the side bar, I still get a empty space. This is I guess because the css has a fixed width. Can
you help me to make this more flexible, so to use the full width when there are no blocks in the side bar and
as it is now when I've one or more blocks in the side bar ?

- I've a set of secondary links... but I don't know how to place them... Do you have any suggestions ?
Did you use secondary links with this theme ?
