Hello,

My site needs an update but wen I try to update it, it sais that 'geoip php extension' is missing. When I look for de geoip api on drupal website, there are only modules untill drupal 6. What do I have to do instead?

the geoip php extension is part of PHP not drupal.

what version of php is in use?
what module is in use that requires the php library?

Hi,

Thanks for replying. The version I use is 5.3 and when I try to update, it gets stuck and get this message:

Visitors GeoIP module The geoip PHP extension is not installed
I allready installed the visitors and visitors geoip module.
Can you give a step by step description (maybe tutorial) on what I have to do to fixe this?
